Thomas (Tom) Ennis
Board Director
Thomas (Tom) Ennis retired in 2019 after 36 years in wealth management, most recently as Vice President with Morgan Stanley. Prior to this, Tom’s career included a role in General Motors’ college graduate finance training program, where he gained valuable experience in corporate finance. Right out of college, Tom served three years as a legislative aide for New York State Assemblyman Matthew J. Murphy.
In addition to his professional career, Tom has been an enthusiastic and hands-on philanthropist, dedicating much of his time to fundraising for both political and charitable organizations. He has worked closely with Morgan Stanley to manage funds for the Scholastic Achievement Foundation of Palm Beach County and Urban Youth Impact, organizations focused on education and youth empowerment in the local community.
Tom’s commitment to community involvement extends beyond his fundraising efforts. He has been actively engaged with his church, St. Clare North Palm Beach, and his children’s school. As a founding member of the Parks Foundation of Palm Beach County, Tom served as Chair of the Board Recruitment Committee, ensuring the Foundation is led by dedicated professionals who share his commitment to preserving and enhancing county parks.
An avid golfer, Tom enjoys spending weekends at one of PBC Parks’ public golf courses. He and his wife Susie have two sons and have lived in Palm Beach Gardens for more than 40 years.
